Reconstruction （復興）
I received freezed oysters yesterday.
Attached image is the one.
Do you think that I ordered them? Actually not.
I invested the relative new company which is organized by fishermen.
The company name is "OH GUTS", and its location is Ogatsu cho, Miyagi prefecture.
As you can imagine, the area was destroyed by the terrible TSUNAMI on 2011.
Fishermen there had not been able to do their own job to go the ocean.
But they "CONSIDERED" that what they could do for the future.
Their answer was that fishermen own should construct totally new delivery system for fish.
Do you know the reason?
Basically sea products, fished by fishermen, are delivered via fishermen's union.
This would sometime lead to cost up because many persons should be involved.
Because of this condition, fishermen should normally fish large quantity of sea products to earn money.
But fishermen on Ogatsu city decided to start their own company which can delivery their sea products via their own route.
As a result, fishermen don't have to fish so large quantity of sea products to earn their money because of their own poduct delivery route.
They insisted that this should be one of the future's answer for all fishermen.
I have been impressed their agressive thought and invested money for their operation.
The freezed oysters are actually divident from them.
I and my wife ate them yesterday and the taste was pretty good.
One of buisiness people, Takashi Tachibana, published a book.
